Are you thinking about selling your apartment in 2013, if so please read about an exciting marketing initiative that Ray White is undertaking in the month of March starting on “Super Saturday” 2nd March 2013. March is a five Saturday month and traditional has shown it has the highest dollar turnover industry wide.
As you may be aware Fairfax is changing the Saturday Domain to a tabloid format and losing the Domain East, North and Inner West, creating one version. This provides our company with a great opportunity, one that in the past none of our competitors are able to match – the opportunity being Super Saturdays.
This will have particular significance for the Sydney CBD Marketplace because instead of the mid-week versions there will be a supplement of the Saturday Domain in the Financial Review on Fridays so it offers their readers the opportunity to plan their inspections for the weekend a day early. Needless to say the readership of such a prominent paper is dominated by city professionals that are our target market.
Finally due to the purchasing power of Ray White we are able to offer discounted advertising that is unmatched by our competitors in what will be the newly launched Sydney Morning Herald Domain Magazine.
This will no doubt give any marketing campaign a huge kick start and certainly more exposure than your competition and I would highly recommend this to any vendors looking to sell their property this year.
