iPad to Assist with Open for Inspections

As an innovative and client focused firm we are always seeking to make things easier for home buyers and sellers and that this why we are now pleased to announce that we will be using iPads to help assist our clients.

iPads with the assistance of the app Agent Toolbox created by Ray White will change the way we perform Open for Inspections. This new technology will see the demise of the archaic client cards, making collecting information from clients quicker and sleeker.

Many agents have reported that the small difference between data entry on an iPad and handwritten has led to exponentially better lead conversion which in turn benefits you the customer.

So what does this mean for the vendor?

We will be able to show vendors a list of all buyers in the market who have expressed interest in properties like the ones they are selling, and can email them directly from the vendor’s location.

We can communicate directly via email/text promptly with you the vendor, forwarding marketing materials for proofing fast and efficiently.

When presenting to new vendors, we will be using custom iPad presentations about the market and sales process as well as advertising materials and listings of recent sales in their area.

So what does this mean for the purchaser?

We will be able to use the iPads to quickly take down key information and if the person has attended an earlier open house, their details will automatically pop up.

We will be able to display information and pull up relevant data instantly.

Further we can make notes about the purchaser’s requirements or any questions they may have we need to look into and then can directly and promptly send those answers or links by email or text. This will be particularly useful for open homes on a weekend as the purchasers can have the information they may need to make a decision in a matter of hours.

If the purchaser does not feel that the current property they are inspecting is suitable we can give them instant access to other listings which may be more suitable saving time and research for the purchaser and possibly leading to a quicker sale for one of our vendors!
