Changing Times

By Ray White Residential Sydney CBD

The New Year heralds a time for making New Year Resolutions and quite possibly breaking them. It generally coincides with people deciding to make life changing decisions for the year ahead for example: changing job, retiring, perhaps moving closer to family, downsizing because the children have flown the nest, releasing equity or deciding to start a family.

Many of these changes involve property; I understand these decisions are normally in the tentative planning stages. It is worth being prepared, experience proves if you have more information when making these decisions the better the overall outcome. Over the past year there have been some fluctuations of prices within the Sydney CBD marketplace. Therefore it is highly probable that you property value has undoubtedly changed during the course of the last 12 months and makes any previous market appraisal you have received obsolete.

As a result I am offering Free No Obligation Market Appraisals.

If you are considering a change in the next 12 months or just curious to hear more and want to speak to someone who genuinely knows the local market I would be delighted to assist you.

I have been working in Real Estate for 17 years, my time split between Central London and Sydney always specialising in the sale of Premium Residential Property.
